1. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at mori@mori-corp.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely to:- Integrate BIZ MORI API capabilities into your own applications or workflows.
- Process digital content for which you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions.
- Build and operate services that comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:- Process content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense raw API access to third parties without prior written consent.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the Service.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. API Keys and Security
- API keys are personal and non-transferable.
- You must store API keys securely and must not embed them in publicly accessible code.
- We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
5. Service Levels and Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
- Rate limits apply per your subscription plan. Exceeding limits may result in temporary suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
- MORI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all underlying technology, models, and algorithms.
- You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant MORI a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
7. Fees and Payment
- Pricing is as published on the Developer Center at the time of subscription.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.
8. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at mori@mori-corp.io.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
